Refunds
If you purchased the 5 Zoom Training Lessons package and would like to receive a refund, you may do so prior to your first lesson by notifying Omar via email.
Full refunds for 1 Zoom Training Lesson may be requested prior to your lesson by notifying Omar via email.
Omar at his discretion may cancel a Zoom Training Lesson. If a lesson is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, Omar will refund the full amount of the canceled lesson or lessons.
If a refund is issued, please wait 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds cannot be issued after a Zoom Training Lesson has occurred.
Expiration of Lessons
All Zoom Training Lessons are valid for one year from the purchase date. If you don't schedule a lesson (or lessons) with Omar prior to one year from the purchase date, the lessons will expire. No refunds are given for expired lessons.
